Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”), platformumuza erişiminizi ve dijital eğitim içeriklerimizin kullanımını
düzenlemektedir. Platformu kullanarak bu sözleşmenin koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu
sözleşme Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin ve özellikle Delaware Eyaleti’nin yasalarına tabidir.

1. HİZMETİN TANIMI
   Platform, aylık veya yıllık abonelik modeliyle kişisel kullanım amacıyla dijital eğitim videoları ve
   içerikleri sunar. Tüm içerikler yalnızca bireysel kullanım içindir, ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
2. HESAP OLUŞTURMA VE ABONELİK

• Hizmetlere erişmek için kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız ve doğru bilgiler sağlamanız gereklidir.
• Abonelik ödemeleri güvenli ödeme sağlayıcısı Stripe üzerinden işlenir.
• Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenilemeyi durdurmak isteyen kullanıcılar hesap
  ayarlarından bu işlemi yapabilir.

1. ÖDEME VE İADE POLİTİKASI

• Stripe aracılığıyla yapılan ödemeler güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
• Hizmetin dijital doğası gereği, erişim sağlandıktan sonra geri ödeme yapılmaz.
• Yetkisiz işlemler için Stripe ve müşteri hizmetlerimizle iletişime geçmeniz gerekir.

1. FİKRİ MÜLKİYET

• Platformdaki tüm içerikler tarafımıza aittir veya lisanslanmıştır ve ABD telif ve marka
  yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
• Kullanıcılara yalnızca sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir görüntüleme lisansı verilir.
• İçerikler kopyalanamaz, yeniden satılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılamaz.

1. KULLANIM KOŞULLARI

• Platform yasa dışı, zararlı, istismar edici ya da rahatsız edici faaliyetler için kullanılamaz.
• Hesabınızın güvenliğinden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.

1. SÖZLEŞMENİN FESHİ
   Kullanım koşullarının ihlali durumunda, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın hesabınız askıya
   alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
2. SORUMLULUĞUN SINIRLANDIRILMASI
   Geçerli yasanın izin verdiği en geniş kapsamda, Platform herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi veya
   sonuçsal zarardan sorumlu değildir. Platformun kesintisiz çalışması veya belirli bir amaca
   uygunluğu garanti edilmez.
3. YETKİLİ HUKUK VE UYUŞMAZLIKLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ
   Bu sözleşme Delaware Eyaleti yasalarına tabidir. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Delaware Eyaleti’nde
   bağlayıcı tahkim yoluyla çözülecektir.
4. SÖZLEŞMEDE DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
   Platform bu sözleşmeyi zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler kullanıcıya e-posta
   veya platform içi bildirim ile iletilir. Kullanımın devamı, yeni şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, video, and audio, is owned by or licensed
  to us and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content
  for personal use only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content without express

   acceptance of the revised Terms.
